UK Government forced to tone down Gambling Bill

The government has had to cut back plans to build Vegas-like casinos because of unpopular Gambling bill.

Originally the Prime Minister said we could expect anywhere from 20 to 40 24 hour casinos, but this week, an MP disclosed the cut back to just 8.

However, the MP, Richard Caborn also said there could be more depending on the initial impact of the casinos.

The controversial bill includes plans to open Vegas-like open-all-hours, unlimited jackpot casinos.
