Betfair a finalist in ‘Best places to work in IT’ Awards.

Betfair has been nominated as a finalist in the ‘Best Places to Work in IT’ Awards 2005.

The Computer Weekly ‘Best Places to Work in IT Awards’ have been set up to encourage and promote employment 'best practice' within UK organisations. The awards recognize those organisations that have placed themselves at the forefront of enlightened working practice.

David Yu, Betfair’s CTO, commented, “Without technology our company wouldn’t exist. We have 120, young and dynamic engineers who have enabled Betfair to grow at the rate it has, and become the largest online betting company in the world. We look forward to the announcement of the winner on Wednesday 2nd March.”
